Introductory call tips

I have a introductory call for a tax internship with CBIZ tomorrow and I have never had one before. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is like. Any tips or questions that I should ask in one. I have been doing some research on CBIZ so I actually know what they are about if I get asked “What do you know about CBIZ?”
