Pelvic pain

Hello all, I’m 30 male. My pelvic pain(Pain shoots out of my butt) and it causes an ED. It started when I was 24. Since then I’m struggling. I have had PT for 3 years straight.It did not help. I have seen multiple different urologist, gastroenterologist. Even they can’t figure out what’s going on. Current symptoms are pain spikes after passing stool, can’t sustain erection for more than 30 seconds. Please comment, tell me if I’m missing anything.
