Max speed QBs

Has anyone come across any QBs that have potential for max speed? I’ve never come across it and am on full season number 21. I saw a post a few weeks back someone came across one, I constantly refresh the free agents and always scout the QBs in the draft, never found one. I think would be so much fun but wish you could throw the ball after you roll out from the pocket. LMK have you guys seen QBs with max speed, if so how often??
