Simple Question
Here’s a procedural question.
I don’t think the worksheets on the website follow the same format as I do? Maybe I am missing something,
What are the steps? For me I usually have a stressful thought, not a stressful situation. So I often don’t really use judge your neighbor?
Here’s what I do:
- Notice a thought
- Ask if it’s true in this context?
- Do turn arounds, experience them.
- Move on with my life.
I think I’m missing some of the important procedure?
What’s your practice look like? When you fill out a worksheet - what worksheet are you filling out? Neither the judge your neighbor nor the turn arounds quite match the podcast format?
I want to write I down but I don’t feel I totally get it…
