NSV!!! Scale hasn’t moved more than a pound in last 9 days, but I measured and have lost 6 total inches this week! Wow, I triple checked too. Couldn’t believe it. .5” lost in my neck, 1” in each thigh, etc. (FYI: 5’2” sw 150, cw 140, gw 130. Started Noom 3-16)
